1. Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory specializing in the production of shelves and ladders.
2. What’s your payment term and delivery time?
TT 30% in advance, balance against copy documents.
Irrevocable L/C at sight.
EXW price & cash are also acceptable.
The delivery time is 20-45 days after the order is confirmed. For the exact date, please check with our sales team.
3. How are the goods packed? Can you support customized packaging?
Goods can be wrapped in plastic banding plus stretch film, palletized, or packed in any other style upon customer's request.
4. Can you support fast delivery?
Yes, we support delivery within 2-3 weeks after order confirmation.
5. Can I get free samples?
Our standard product samples are free of charge, except for the freight fee. For customized products, both sample fee and freight fee are charged.
6. I would like to have my own design products and the quantity is not that big, is it ok?
Yes, we can go with your customized design, regardless of whether the quantity is small or large. However, please understand that the cost will be different.
