Q Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located in Guangzhou.
Q What is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock. For quantities less than 500pcs, 3-7 days is sufficient. For customized models, the delivery date depends on the quantity. In general, it takes 7-15 days. We can finish production in 15 days for volumes under 332 CBM (approximately 9 containers).
Q What is the term of payment?
40% deposit, and the balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery.
Q What is the trade term?
In general, we use EXW or FOB. Other terms can be negotiated.
Q Do you have minimum order quantity limitation?
We don’t have a MOQ limitation. However, if you don’t have other goods to share the container and the quantity is less than 10pcs, we would sincerely recommend you buy from your local market, as international freight can be expensive.
Q Are samples available?
Yes, samples are available at any time. Due to the large size, we suggest checking some raw material samples first if you just want to verify quality. If you have container shipments scheduled soon, you can purchase any quantity you want to ship together.
