What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We are a manufacturer and usually focus on wholesale. However, trial orders are also acceptable and highly welcome!

How do I pay for my order?
We accept: (1) Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): 30% deposit before production and 70% balance payment before shipment. 100% payment is required before production for sample orders. (2) Western Union (W/U). (3) Secure online payment methods.

How much is the shipping charge?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of packages, the gross weight, total volume, and the port of destination. Unless specified otherwise, products are packed under strict export standards and shipped via the most cost-effective carrier.

What is the delivery time?
Some standard products are stocked in our warehouse and generally require 1 to 3 days for packaging and dispatch. For non-stock products, delivery time takes 15 to 30 days, depending on your custom specifications and quantity requirements.
