Carton Flow Rack System

Carton flow rack, also known as dynamic rack, makes it highly efficient to have products flow from the stocking aisle directly to the picking aisle. Carton flow rack is a high-density, dynamic storage system that increases flexibility and maintains a strict First-In / First-Out (FIFO) product flow, significantly increasing picking efficiency.

The items being stored are loaded from the rear and rolled down to the front where they are picked. The inclined front offers optimum visibility and access to the containers, which allows easy retrieval of bulkier merchandise with short storage times.

The roller tracks are used in a number of combinations, depending on carton sizes, the quality of the carton, and the weight. The roller beds are developed to allow maximum flexibility in the positioning of the tracks, which can be laid at a very small pitch.

Structural Features

• Gravity Roller System: Goods are placed on wheels. One side is dedicated for loading and the other side is for picking. The picking side of the rack is lower than the loading side, enabling goods to automatically slide forward.
• FIFO Inventory Rotation: Ideal for First-In / First-Out storage solutions.
